WHY???
We have our own goals right? Yes we say that our goals should be S.M.A.R.T. = Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Time-bound. But until we realize our deepest reasons or purpose in achieving a certain goal, that particular goal won't manifest immediately (or may not even manifest at all).
There you have it now, the magic ingredient called PURPOSE. The clearer and stronger your own purpose is, the more likely that you will attain what you want.
Let's say you want to have an extravagant two-storey house standing on a thousand square meter lot in Tagaytay, with all the amenities such as a swimming pool, basketball court, garden, garage, etc. That can be a perfect goal of yours attainable in about seven years. Think about this goal. Place it in your vision board. Wow! That surely helps. How likely is this goal to come true? Oooops, maybe about 4 points only out of 10 as I would rate it. Now think about this: define your most sincere purpose in achieving this goal. You may say, "I want this dream house to come true because I've already decided not to keep on living in a 3x4 sq.m. room that we will never even own for the rest of our lives... What I truly want is for my family to enjoy living a comfortable life inside our very own wonderful shelter, where relatives and friends would also enjoy visiting us." With that specific, clear, and deep purpose in your heart, I strongly believe that we can already raise the previous rating to a 9 or even a perfect 10 already. Here we see how Purpose is so important in propelling us nearer to what we want to achieve in life.
Whenever you will face obstacles/challenges in your journey towards success, it is your Purpose that will lift you up from the ground, it is your Purpose that will inspire you to move forward, and it is your Purpose that will push you to the limits until, yes, UNTIL you reach your goal.
So may I ask you now: Are you already empowered by the big WHY in what you are doing now? If so, CONGRATULATIONS my friend!!! Your dreams will surely come true!
"To have more of what you want, thank more on what you have." Thank you for reading.

Words of Wisdom from Sir Willie
On Faith
- Lift up to the Lord and always pray to Him.
- Thank Him for all the blessings that He has given you, and more will follow.
- Offer to Him your thoughts, plans, actions, and results.
- Pray: "Lord, guide me and teach me so that I may be of great value to others.
- Have God in the center of everything you think and do.
- Bless them.
- If you hear somebody say: "Buti pa sila...(mayaman, maabilidad, etc)", correct the notion by saying: "Kaya din natin yan (We can also do it. If they can, We can)", "Lalagpasan natin sila (We can be like them and even perform better if we have the strong desire to do so)" which leads to what I heard from Bon Jove: "Hindi man natin sila malampasan, at least mapantayan natin sila! (Though we can't outperform them, we can surely be at par with them!)
- Be interested in them.
- Appreciate them and never criticize.
- Thank them.
- Never blame others. Stop blaming and complaining. Take responsibility for all your thoughts and actions.
- Know, understand, and believe in your business, the company, the management, the product, your upline, downline, crossline, and the teachings by heart.
- Listen and learn from different speakers.
- Remember, understand, and internalize the lessons you learn.
- Always listen and learn from successful people.
- We learn from our personal experiences, and from others' personal experiences too.
- "Education makes us a living... Self-education makes us a fortune"; "Profits are better than wages." - Jim Rohn
- Apply what you learn. Teach what you learn. Transfer your wisdom and knowledge. Duplication will follow.
- Duplication is better than Multiplication. Copy a successful partner's system.
- Meet them as a group regularly, at least once a week.
- Lead a simple prayer before the start of your meeting.
- Motivate them to answer these questions: "What are your dreams? What are your goals in life?" and most importantly - "Why would you want to do the business?" (Focusing on the purpose of your result is far more powerful than focusing on the result only.)
- Plan together. An architect makes a plan for a building, and with that plan, he can already see the result clearly through the power of Vision. Imagine one year from now, what would happen to your team. (It's not to see is to believe, but believe and you shall see.)
- Help them. Help them learn, help them grow, and help them earn. Don't think about yourself, focus on helping them and everything will follow for you. It should not be "Ako. Ako. Ako." but "Kayo. Kayo. Kayo."
- Brainstorm.
- Perform massive action. Share the business and the opportunity to not less than 10 people a day. There's a great emphasis on the word "Share". Remember the SW3Next principle: Some will, some won't, so what, Next!
- Follow and apply the "NRich System" (as being taught by Sir Ed in his NDO). It is not the successful person that we should copy, it should be the system that should be copied.
- Keep your team. They are like your children who need to be nurtured properly before they would be able to spread their wings and soar high like an eagle.
- Talk to them from the bottom of your heart.
- Teach them to stand in front.
- Lead by example.
- Celebrate your success.
- What you are now is the result of what you'd been thinking and doing 5 to 10 years ago. Keep on thinking and doing the same as you did and you will surely have the same result 10 years from now.
- Imagine what you want to be 1 year, 3 years, 5 years, 10 years from now.
- From Sir Ronald: "May time tayo para sa P10,000-15,000 per month pero sa $1000-$2000 a week wala tayong time???"
- Life is a like a basketball game.
- It has 4 quarters of play.
- The 1st quarter is in the age of 25 to 35 wherein you learn a lot from life's experiences.
- The 2nd quarter is from 35-45 years old wherein you continue to play the game.
- Then we have the Halftime. The moment when we pause, assess and reflect on the years that passed. The moment when we should make major adjustments to correctly set the sail and navigate towards the destination that we plan to reach.
- The 3rd quarter is from 45-55. You now do all you have to do.
- The 4th quarter is from 55 onwards. You play to win the game and savor the taste of victory.
- The punchline: There's still what we call an Overtime.
- Our purpose is Joy and Happiness.
- Bring with you a pen, clean sheets of paper (two or three sheets only if possible), and your product.
- "Kwentuhan lang yan." But it should be a Heart-to-Heart talk.
- Know what you have to say by being mentally, emotionally, physically and spiritually prepared.
- Ask the right questions. F-O-R-M. Family-Occupation-Recreation-Message.
- You should have already mastered the business in order for this concept to be effective. So sweat it out and train hard. Then apply what you learn as you do the business and then experience a lot.
- As Jim Rohn said: "Success is not to be pursued. It has to be attracted by the person you become." So increase your value in the market place by being the right person.
- The secret in succeeding is FOCUS. Stay in the business UNTIL you succeed. Never give up. The Camera concept: Your clients may have a blur image of where they will be going to. We help them Focus their lens, Until they will be able have a clear vision of success.
- Success in business is a matter of Finishing, not jumping and jumping around without any direction and goal. Can you imagine a game on a basketball court without goals, or a marathon without a finish line.
- As Sir Joseph and Sir Ed keep on saying: "At first, you will be IN the business. This is when you are devoting 95% of your time and effort doing the business with other people. Then the objective must be: you being ON the business. This is when you are devoting just 5% of your time and effort doing the business while enjoying the 95% with your achievements - Financial independence and Personal freedom, synonymous to Joy and Happiness.
- Our business is establishing good relationships... "Forever"!
- "Share mo lang yung business." With that in mind, you'll never be disappointed if your prospect won't join you, but you will be overjoyed if he or she decides to become your business partner!
"Thank you Sir Willie and to your Team!"

Desiderata
Go placidly amid the noise and the haste,
and remember what peace there may be in silence.
As far as possible, without surrender,
be on good terms with all persons.
Speak your truth quietly and clearly;
and listen to others,
even to the dull and the ignorant;
they too have their story.
Avoid loud and aggressive persons;
they are vexatious to the spirit.
If you compare yourself with others,
you may become vain or bitter,
for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.
Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans.
Keep interested in your own career, however humble;
it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.
Exercise caution in your business affairs,
for the world is full of trickery.
But let this not blind you to what virtue there is;
many persons strive for high ideals,
and everywhere life is full of heroism.
Be yourself. Especially do not feign affection.
Neither be cynical about love,
for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment,
it is as perennial as the grass.
Take kindly the counsel of the years,
gracefully surrendering the things of youth.
Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune.
But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings.
Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.
Beyond a wholesome discipline,
be gentle with yourself.
You are a child of the universe
no less than the trees and the stars;
you have a right to be here.
And whether or not it is clear to you,
no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should.
Therefore be at peace with God,
whatever you conceive Him to be.
And whatever your labors and aspirations,
in the noisy confusion of life,
keep peace in your soul.
With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams,
it is still a beautiful world.
Be cheerful. Strive to be happy.

SMART Goals
Here is another article that I read as I browsed through the links and articles of R.G. Srinivasan, a Certified Trainer, Writer and Author with more than twenty years of managerial experience. He has a blog on home-business resources at http://www.home-businessresources.blogspot.com. Through this article, we gain knowledge on how to set our goals the SMART way.
How do you direct your activities and your time around your goals? Start by setting SMART Goals. SMART is an acronym to guide your efforts.
Specific: "I will contact 3 past clients a day" instead of "I will keep in touch with past clients this month."
Measurable: In order to evaluate how you are doing, you need some measure of your success. How many listing sales do you need this month? This year? This week? How many listings do you have to take this month? How many listing appointments do you have to go on this week?
Attainable: The goal should be something that is challenging but also within your ability to achieve. Is it possible to make 20 calls to past clients in a day, or is 3-5 a better number?
Realistic: Know your limitations and be realistic about what you can accomplish. You can set a goal of writing 10 contracts this week. But if you only have one A-Buyer lead, and no active listings, how realistic is that goal?
Time-bound: Set a start date and a completion date. Then, you can set another goal when you have accomplished the first one. If you are going to concentrate on developing an expired listing plan that really works, set up a time that you will complete that process and when you are going to begin the program.
One very important rule to remember in both Time Management and Goal Setting is to write things down! A goal that is not written down is not a goal, it is a wish. An activity that is not written down and scheduled into your daily plan is a suggestion, not a priority.
Setting goals takes time and organization. However, going through your day reacting to the moment and doing only the things that come at you as urgent is a sure fire way to not manage your time effectively and not hit your goals. Isn't it worth it to spend your time going after what will really make a difference?
Dare to Face Rejection
"If we do not face any resistance, it means we are going downstream."
From the book Dare to Face Rejection by Billi Lim
Another highly recommended book is entitled "Dare To Fail", Billi's no. 1 best-seller. Do you want to learn fast on how to handle failure by merely reading books? Then these books are for you. They can be your special gifts to your loved ones, co-workers, and business partners as well. The books are available at National Bookstore.
