Lead out loud
Here's another inspirational video shown to me by my snappy senior, leader, trainer, adviser, business partner, and close friend - Cpt Ronald Clemente: (Enjoy!)
"Sir Ronald, thank you very much for all the wonderful blessings that you keep on sharing. Thank you also for for your outstanding leadership and influence, and for the many lessons in life that you teach. We're so proud of you! God bless you Sir!"

The Power of Visualization
You can use this video to visualize your success as you apply the Law of Attraction.
The Power of Giving
My good friend Mr. Danny Guitierrez just informed me yesterday about his new blogsite. I learned more on the power of giving in one of his posts entitled "THE TEN SECRETS". As written in his blog...
The Third Secret — The Power Of Giving
If you want to receive love, all you have to do is give it! The more love you give, the more you will receive. To love is to give of yourself freely and unconditionally. Practice random acts of kindness. Before committing to a relationship ask not what the other person will be able to give to you, but rather what will you be able to give them. The secret formula of a happy, lifelong, loving relationship is to always focus on what you can give instead of what you can take.
Do you want to learn the other 9 secrets? Here's the link to Mr. Danny's blog:

My last game during the 2008 AFP-PNP Olympics
Today was my last Chess game during the 2008 AFP-PNP Olympics . Since it has been more than a decade of not playing a chess tournament, this day was my last chance to win at least a single point during the whole tournament. I was playing Board 3 for Team Army with the black pieces against my upperclassman Cpt Luisito Calsado Jr (PMA Class '97) Philippine Airforce. I share this game to all of you chess enthusiasts and fellow business partners, because this story became one of my profound testimonials... I played the game which lasted for about three hours, with only just two hours of sleep the night before. Despite the lack of sleep, I was still alert and energetic to be able to calculate my final winning moves with lightning speed, and I eventually won the game with a sneaky move on the 27th. By the way, I drank 30ml of Kamangi an hour before the game. Thanks to the power of our product and to the support of my team mates! It was an enjoyable and fruitful night afterwards at Nipa Hut! Congratulations to the Army Chess Team for a splendid performance!

A Blind Boy
Thanks to Aladdin A. Jove for this very inspiring post (and of course to the very source of this story)!
A blind boy sat on the steps of a building with a hat by his feet. He held up a sign which said: 'I am blind, please help.' There were only a few coins in the hat.
A man was walking by. He took a few coins from his pocket and dropped them into the hat. He then took the sign, turned it around, and wrote some words. He put the sign back so that everyone who walked by would see the new words.
Soon the hat began to fill up. A lot more people were giving money to the blind boy. That afternoon the man who had changed the sign came to see how things were. The boy recognized his footsteps and asked, 'Were you the one who changed my sign this morning? What did you write?'
The man said, 'I only wrote the truth. I said what you said but in a different way.' What he had written was: 'Today is a beautiful day and I cannot see it.'
Do you think the first sign and the second sign were saying the same thing?
Of course both signs told people the boy was blind. But the first sign simply said the boy was blind. The second sign told people they were so lucky that they were not blind. Should we be surprised that the second sign was more effective?
Moral of the Story: Be thankful for what you have. Be creative. Be innovative. Think differently and positively.
Invite others towards good with wisdom. Live life with no excuse and love with no regrets. When life gives you a 100 reasons to cry, show life that you have 1000 reasons to smile. Face your past without regret. Handle your present with confidence. Prepare for the future without fear. Keep the faith and drop the fear.
Great men say, 'Life has to be an incessant process of repair and reconstruction, of discarding evil and developing goodness…. In the journey of life, if you want to travel without fear, you must have the ticket of a good conscience.'
The most beautiful thing is to see a person smiling…
And even more beautiful is, knowing that YOU are the reason behind it!!!

The Power of Gratitude
Thank you Tony K. Abellera for sending me that wonderful and powerful PowerPoint presentation regarding Life's Essentials.
Here's a snippet from the last portion of the Presentation:
Gratitude unfolds the goodness of life.
It turns what we have into enough, and more.
It turns denial into acceptance, chaos to order, confusion to clarity.
It can turn a meal into a feast, a house into a home.
Gratitude makes sense of our past, brings peace for today, and creates a vision for tomorrow.
To Tony and his family, THANK YOU very much for everything! May God shower you with more blessings in life.

What is Valuable?
In doing this business, we should ask what's valuable? Would it be the money we earn or the lessons of life that we learn? Would it be what we got or the person that we became? Yes, it's Personality Development that is more valuable. What counts is the opportunity to grow more, to be the best of what you can ever be (spiritually, emotionally, intellectually, financially, etc.), and live and enjoy your life to the fullest. As Jim Rohn said:
"Success is not to be pursued, it should be attracted by the person that we become."

Five Fingers; Don't Quit
It was another productive moment. We joined Ipe and Jhon De Villier's group at Nipa Hut to attend an NRich Business Opportunity Meeting. Jhon's smooth delivery of the presentation was unquestionably outstanding. Everything seemed perfect, the tone, quality of voice, the sense of humor (how many jokes did you remember?), the eye contact, the gestures, the right questions, the philosophies, the confidence factor, the sincerity, etc. We all learned so many new things from their advices and that motivated us to keep on aspiring for greater heights in our business.
Jhon reminded us of the Five (5) Fingers concept. Once you have a new distributor, see to it that you teach him or her the following:
More power and thanks to De Villier's group!
Happy Halloween everybody!
Thank you also to all my friends who attended the meeting: Essiel, Harold, Sharlyn, and Archie. It was fun being with you. You inspire me more to succeed with your success. Keep up and stay focused. Then success will surely follow. The way to achieve prosperity in business is like in marathon, it's just a matter of finishing, no matter what happens, as we do whatever it takes, and enjoy it of course. As the title of a famous poem says (every plebe in the Academy memorized and internalized this):
DON'T QUIT
